What is Argus?
Argus is Lenskart’s integrated demand forecasting and merchandise intelligence system. It replaces manual spreadsheets and reactive replenishment with a modern, data-driven architecture that covers the full merchandise lifecycle: demand sensing, forecasting, assortment planning, grid planning, buying, and replenishment.
It includes two modules:
- Replenishment (live) — daily allocation runs, live orders pipeline, demand override management.
- Buying & Planning (in progress) — weekly purchase plans, vendor health, OTB budget tracking.
My role
I designed Argus 0→1, with Claude as my design partner throughout. This was an AI-first project: I used Claude to generate working HTML prototypes, converted them into editable Figma screens, and used that as the starting point for building out the system.
